The only two real sources
Fomo ships as a mobile app for iOS and Android, published by FOMO Labs, distributed through the official stores, free. The clean route: open fomo.family (or a referral link like ours, which adds the 10% fee discount), tap the store button for your platform, install. Store review is not a perfect shield, but it is a real one, and it is the exact layer every fake "mirror" is trying to route you around. We covered what the site itself is in the main explainer.
Why APK mirrors are a trap
A trading app holds a wallet. A tampered build of a trading app holds your wallet. That is the entire scam economy behind "Fomo APK latest version" sites: take the real app, inject key-exfiltration, serve it to people who wanted to skip the store. Android will even help you by asking politely whether to allow unknown sources. Say no. There is no feature, no early build and no region unlock on the other side of that dialog, only drained balances.
iOS vs Android, the boring specifics
On iPhone the route is short: App Store, publisher FOMO Labs, install, sign in with Apple ID if you like. On Android the same trip through Google Play works identically, and the one extra thing to refuse is any site's suggestion to enable unknown sources first. Storage and permissions are unremarkable on both platforms; the app asks for notifications, which you actually want for followed traders, and nothing exotic. If an install flow ever asks for accessibility permissions or a seed phrase, you are not installing Fomo, whatever the icon says.
